We've been using Elders for all of our water filtration & purification needs. They always do a great job. Today Randall & Grayson came out to replace filters in our inside reverse osmosis filtration system. They were very professional, very... friendly & had the job finished quickly. They gave us some options for an add on faucet for drinking water which would be separate from our regular faucet. It would give increased flow back to the main faucet. We hadn't thought about that. Good information. Also it's in the teens with windchills even lower. They came out and were even a few minutes early. Bravo. I would highly recommend them for all your water needs.read more

I had an issue with my AO Smith water softener and I called Elder’s. They came out the next morning and worked on it. Long story short, I ended up buying a whole new system with a breaker because we have a lot of iron. Joey was super kind and... helpful. I contacted elders pure water a few times for different quotes, which they quickly gave over the phone. This was the only company willing to talk prices without coming out first, and I really appreciated that. The install tech showed up exactly on... time to install a new softener/ro filter for our house, and did an excellent job. Including a trip to home Depot for a fitting, a bag of salt, and an extension cord for my new softener, the install took about 3 hours which I thought was incredibly fast.Really appreciated the great service and very fair pricing.
